Aim:

This training is interactive and begins to reframe how we view poverty. This session includes an introduction to Spotter and Referral training for frontline workers.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this course participants will have:

  • The ability to recognise the signs and risks of child poverty
  • Learned how to broach the subject
  • Knowledge of what to do
  • The confidence that they have helped.

Who should attend?

Anyone who works with children and families experiencing poverty – youth workers, CLD, social work, third sector, NHS family nurses, teaching staff, etc.
